(1) 12/10/19 - The Official Notice of Sale is amended to provide that only interest rates bid for Bonds maturing on or after January 1, 2028
shall be in non-descending order relative to the interest rate bid for Bonds maturing on January 1, 2027. All other interest rates do NOT have to be in non-descending order.
(2) 12/3/19 - The first sentence in the third paragraph contained in the Preliminary Official Statement under the heading "CONTINUING DISCLOSURE" has been replaced in the following POS Supplement.
